The B&I StrEAT Food Awards is searching for the UK’s most creative street food chef from the workplace and event catering sectors.
This unique competition will require chefs to showcase their street food creations at the live cook-off on Tuesday 20th March 2018. Held at the Islington Metal Works in London, the chefs will cook technical, signature and meat-free dishes using the equipment supplied on the day.
Each of the dishes will be reviewed by an industry-leading judging panel, consisting of key figures including Henry Norman, editor of B&I Catering magazine and representatives from the event sponsors. The judges will present the awards and the ultimate £1,000 prize later that evening.
